Hi, I’m Jess

 

I started Whistle and Woof back in 2021 from an actual need to make beautiful objects, and a love for dogs. In particular my dachshund, Saucisse - or Saus for everyday use

 

I make bespoke, ceramic Pet Bowls that can be personalised with your Pets’ names. It’s a lengthy process that requires a lot of care and attention, and I love it. The process of turning a cold lump of clay into wonderful creations, warm out of the kiln, is a special thing

 

Ceramics wise, I also make Treat Jars and Human Mugs that can all match, so if you’re that kinda person…

 

In addition to my Pottery, I have created a range of Kitchenware comprising Tea Towels, Aprons and Oven Gloves using Hand Painted illustrations I have made

 

All my Textiles are made using organic cotton and eco friendly inks and printers in the UK and all of my packaging is recyclable minimalising the impact my business has on the environment

 

My Studio is one of around 80 in a huge warehouse full of artists and creatives in Buckinghamshire. Going to work everyday is an absolute joy because of my wonderful studio neighbours (albeit bloody freezing in the Winter)
